Dubai is set to welcome a new landmark with the announcement of the Trump International Hotel and Tower, an 80-storey skyscraper rising along Sheikh Zayed Road. Developed in partnership with Dar Global, the project will feature luxury hotel suites and residences with sweeping views of Burj Khalifa and the coastline. The tower will stand next to the Shangri-La Hotel, near Financial Centre Metro Station.
Once completed, the 350-metre tower will offer a range of high-end amenities including private lounges, an exclusive members-only club, and a striking rooftop with two penthouses featuring sky pools. Residents will also enjoy access to a shared pool and other premium facilities. The design draws inspiration from the iconic Trump Tower penthouse in New York.
Eric Trump described the project as a reflection of the Trump brand’s focus on luxury and innovation. He praised the collaboration with Dar Global and highlighted Dubai as a city that aligns with their vision for iconic real estate. While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, anticipation for the launch is already building.
