The Palm Jumeirah is set to elevate its global status as a luxury destination with the addition of the ultra-luxury Six Senses Resort, scheduled to open in late 2025. This new resort joins an impressive roster of high-end hotels on the island, including brands like the One & Only the Palm and the Royal Atlantis. Originally announced in December 2021, Six Senses The Palm was initially slated to open earlier, but recent updates confirm the grand opening has been moved to next year.
Six Senses is globally recognized for its emphasis on wellness and sustainability, and the new resort will reflect these values with its design and amenities. The resort will feature 61 guest rooms and over 60,000 square feet of amenities designed to offer a comprehensive luxury experience. Guests will have access to sustainably-driven restaurants and bars, a gym, squash courts, multiple pools, and a private beach. Additionally, the resort will include a signature Six Senses Spa, a library, a kids club, and a longevity center, catering to both relaxation and well-being.
Beyond the hotel, Six Senses The Palm will also introduce 172 branded residences, which will include a mix of elegant penthouses and chic villas. These residences are designed to offer not only luxury living but also exclusive access to a range of leisure and business facilities. Residents will enjoy amenities such as a micro farm, tennis and padel courts, and running tracks. Both hotel guests and residents will benefit from the full suite of facilities, making it a prime location for those seeking a luxurious lifestyle on the Palm Jumeirah.
This project marks the first Six Senses hotel and branded residences in the UAE. With its focus on sustainability, wellness, and top-tier amenities, Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, is poised to become a premier destination, further enhancing the Palm Jumeirah’s reputation as a global luxury hotspot.
