ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai is set to enhance its dining offerings with the addition of three new concepts: Bar des Prés, Il Gattopardo, and 1920. These venues will join existing restaurants such as Josette, La Niña, and The Guild, further establishing the location as a key dining destination.
Bar des Prés

Bar des Prés, led by renowned French chef Cyril Lignac, blends East Asian and French culinary influences. The menu features unique dishes such as Green Asparagus with caramelized miso and Native Lobster Salad. The restaurant, already established in London and Paris, will now bring its innovative cuisine to Dubai. D.ream’s acclaimed culinary concept, Bar des Prés, is set to expand its global footprint with new locations on the 51st floor, spanning over 18,000 square feet.
Il Gattopardo

Il Gattopardo offers a modern take on Italian classics under the guidance of Chef Massimo Pasquarelli. Inspired by Milan and Venice, the menu includes dishes like Sicilian Mazara Prawns and Stracciatella Agnolotti. The restaurant will provide a seamless day-to-night dining experience, enhanced by entertainment from resident DJs. Il Gattopardo is expanding its global presence with new locations on the 51st floor, covering over 18,000 square feet.
1920

1920 is an Art Deco-inspired bar that aims to capture the elegance of Manhattan’s 1920s skyscrapers. Spanning over 8,500 square feet, it offers stunning views of the city. The interiors, designed by Spanish designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, promise a luxurious ambiance for guests to enjoy. This will be complimented by 1920’s style opening on the 52nd floor.
