Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has announced its debut in Dubai, joining the city’s growing lineup of high-end openings such as Cheval Blanc Maison and Mandarin Oriental Downtown. Scheduled to open in 2029, Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai will be located in Peninsula Dubai, overlooking Jumeirah Beach with sweeping views of the city skyline.

The development will span over 640,000 square feet and include a 195-key hotel, eight private garden villas, a private beach and beach club, four dining venues, a wellness centre, and immersive art and music experiences. Thoughtfully designed interiors will reflect a fusion of modern architecture and local culture, while younger guests can enjoy engaging activities at the Explorers Club.

Adjacent to the hotel, Rosewood Residences Dubai will offer 63 branded residences and five beachfront villas, complemented by amenities such as a spa, movement studio, concierge, padel court, cinema, and private lounge spaces. This opening follows Rosewood’s presence in Abu Dhabi and Jeddah, and upcoming expansions in Riyadh and Amaala.
