Dubai is set to welcome a new ultra-luxury island destination, Naia Island Dubai, a landmark project announced by Shamal Holding. Positioned along the Jumeirah coastline between Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah 3, the development will feature private villas, estate plots, beachfront residences, and direct beach access to the region’s first Cheval Blanc Maison. Construction on the project is currently underway, with a grand opening scheduled for 2029.
Overlooking iconic landmarks such as the Burj Al Arab, the exclusive hotel will comprise 30 elegant suites and 40 private pool villas. Designed as a low-rise, resort-style destination, Naia Island Dubai promises panoramic views, curated design, and refined privacy, all within easy reach of Dubai’s main road network. The island will combine architectural sophistication with a natural setting to offer a new benchmark for coastal living.
