Mandarin Oriental has announced plans to open its first dedicated golf resort with branded residences in Dubai. Scheduled for 2030, Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates will be located within the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates, designed as both a destination for golf enthusiasts and a wellness-focused retreat. The property will combine space, nature, and wellbeing in a tranquil setting in the south-west of the city.
The resort will feature 121 rooms and suites, alongside 97 branded residences ranging from three- to six-bedroom villas. Facilities will include private lounges, pools, fitness spaces, and The Spa at Mandarin Oriental with nearly 5,000 square metres dedicated to wellness. Guests and residents will also enjoy immersive treatments, meditation areas, and family-friendly amenities such as Kids’ Clubs and nurseries.
Part of the wider Next Chapter development at Jumeirah Golf Estates, the resort offers access to world-class golf courses, an equestrian centre, and six dining venues. Complemented by extensive event spaces and social facilities, the project marks a milestone in Mandarin Oriental’s regional growth. It will bring together hospitality, wellness, sport, and residential living in a single integrated destination.
