Emaar has unveiled its most ambitious masterplan to date, representing an investment of AED 200 billion in the heart of Dubai. The large-scale development will create a self-sustaining urban district designed for future growth. It marks one of the city’s biggest master-planned communities.
Spanning more than 4.5 million square metres of built-up area, the development is planned to accommodate nearly 150,000 residents. The community will combine residential, leisure, retail, and public spaces within an integrated environment. The project is designed to support a connected and sustainable urban lifestyle.
The masterplan will feature iconic architecture, resort-style villas, expansive green spaces, and waterfront landscapes. Advanced urban technologies will also be incorporated throughout the community to enhance everyday living. The development is expected to become a significant addition to Dubai’s evolving cityscape.
