The Revier Hotel in Business Bay has been sold to a European investor by the Swiss developer Fortimo Group. Opened in 2021, the 230-key property is known for its sleek Swiss design and vibrant lifestyle concept under the Revier brand.
The hotel will soon be rebranded under the Barceló Hotel Group, marking the Spanish brand’s continued expansion in Dubai. Once completed, it will join Barceló Residences Dubai Marina and Barceló Al Jaddaf, strengthening the group’s footprint in the region.
The transaction reflects Dubai’s strong and resilient hospitality market. The hotel’s repositioning under Barceló is expected to enhance its operational performance and align it with the city’s evolving tourism landscape.
