Dubai’s World Islands will soon host the region’s first Buddha-Bar Hotel and Floating Residences, a landmark AED 3 billion project managed by Yieldhaüs. Set for completion in 2027, the hotel will feature 162 rooms, branded residences, and a spa blending Eastern rituals with modern wellness. It marks the brand’s first venture bringing its signature fusion of music, mood, and design to an island setting.
The Floating Residences by Buddha-Bar will include 24 overwater villas, each spanning about 4,000 sq ft across three levels. Highlights include panoramic views, underwater bedrooms surrounded by coral gardens, and rooftop decks with Jacuzzis and dining lounges. Interiors will showcase refined materials like veined stone and fine wood, with optional Bentley Home furnishings.
At the heart of the destination, Buddha-Bar Beach will offer sunrise yoga, beachside brunches, and sunset DJ sets amid landscaped pools and cabanas. Nabil Souhail, VP of Buddha-Bar International, said the project reflects the brand’s DNA of “music, mood, and magic.” Mohamad Issa, Founder of Yieldhaüs, called it a milestone for experiential real estate, merging design, art, and hospitality.
