One Za’abeel Recognized with Two International Excellence Awards

One Za’abeel has quickly become a striking addition to Dubai’s skyline, featuring two gleaming towers connected by The Link, the world’s longest cantilever. The architectural marvel allows vehicles to pass between its structures, creating a dramatic visual impact. This week, the landmark received global recognition, securing two prestigious awards for its design and innovation.

Presented by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), One Za’abeel was named Best Tall Building in the Middle East & Africa 2024, surpassing other notable towers in the region. It also earned the title of Best Tall Building (300 meters and above) 2024, recognized for its sustainable architecture and innovative masterplan. According to General Manager Matthew Shaw, the awards highlight One Za’abeel’s commitment to connectivity, user experience, and world-class living, working, and leisure spaces.
