Dubai is set to welcome a new luxury resort with the upcoming launch of Marbella Resort on the Dubai World Islands. Scheduled to open in early 2026, the Spanish-inspired retreat promises a five-star experience surrounded by nature. Spanning over 500,000 square meters of newly introduced coral reefs, the resort will offer snorkeling opportunities where guests can explore nine coral types and 30 species of fish.
The Dhs1 billion project will feature unique attractions, including a kilometre-long raining street that refreshes guests with periodic downpours. An indoor snow room with an après-ski bar will bring an alpine experience to Dubai’s warm climate. Alongside a full spa, themed gardens, and upscale Spanish restaurants, the resort aims to offer a diverse and immersive getaway.
Accessible only by yacht, Marbella Resort is part of the expanding Heart of Europe development, following the unveiling of Honeymoon Island. Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of Kleindienst Group, emphasized the resort’s commitment to sustainability, integrating solar power and eco-friendly policies. Designed to blend cultural authenticity with environmental responsibility, the Marbella Resort aims to redefine hospitality standards in the region.
