Tales Under The Gate, DIFC Sculpture Park, Gate building

DIFC has transformed into an open-air art gallery with the return of the DIFC Sculpture Park. Visitors can expect modern and futuristic public sculptural works by established and emerging artists from across the globe. Visitors can navigate Salvador Dali’s surrealism as well as monumental installations and sculptures by Anthony James and Lorenzo Quinn and pop artworks by Jeff Koons.

An Ocean In Every Drop, Group Exhibition

This group exhibition brings together artworks from around the globe that explore human relationships to water. The show highlights the importance of water as a force that unites trade, history, culture, language and social relations.

Arash Nazari
Self-taught Iranian artist, Arash Nazari has produced works that are heavily influenced by Persian Miniature Art. In his paintings, he brings to notice the contrast between, the unique classical art of miniature in opposition to colour tones from contemporary minimalist art.
Behrang Samadzadegan
Iranian artist Behrang Samadzadegan has produced works on canvas that reveal a distorted rendition of the history of his nation, which is not based upon a historical testimony. Subsequently, the exhibition is titled ‘The Missing Witness’.
Lorenzo Quinn
‘Now and Forever’ is a collection of Italian sculptor, Lorenzo Quinn’s, unseen and historic artworks. Behind his artworks, lies the philosophy that everything we say and do in life has a ripple effect and forever alters the course of events.

Secondary Market Group Exhibition

The newly opened Perrotin Dubai is the gallery’s seventh global location with other sites in Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai, and New York. The inaugural show saw the gallery present a curated group show of primary market works by artists represented by the gallery and secondary market pieces. Expect big-name artists like Yayoi Kusama, Damien Hirst, and Takashi Murakami amongst others.
