The Dubai Beach EDITION is set to debut at Dubai Harbour in 2029, marking EDITION Hotels’ second property in the city. Rising on the site currently occupied by Zero Gravity, the new project will introduce a stylish hotel and residences at the entrance of Dubai Harbour, next to JBR.
The development will feature 185 rooms and suites showcasing the brand’s signature design and sophistication. Alongside the hotel, 165 private residences ranging from two- to four-bedroom apartments will offer modern living with premium amenities and five-star service.
Brought to life through a partnership between Marriott International and Shamal Holding, the project is positioned as a new benchmark in contemporary luxury. The Dubai Beach EDITION joins a growing list of high-profile openings, including Ciel Dubai Marina and Mandarin Oriental Downtown.
