Tattu, the renowned fine-dining Chinese restaurant, is set to open in Dubai’s Ciel Tower in the summer of 2025. As the city continues to attract global culinary concepts, Tattu will bring its signature blend of contemporary Chinese cuisine and striking design to Dubai Marina. With its highly anticipated debut, the restaurant promises a sophisticated dining experience in one of the most exciting new landmarks.

Originally launched in Manchester in 2015, Tattu has expanded across the United Kingdom, with locations in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and Leeds. The London branch, located on Denmark Street in Covent Garden, is known for its modern aesthetic and innovative take on Chinese flavors. If the existing menus are any indication, diners can expect dishes like Sugar Salt Crispy Squid, Wagyu Beef Dumplings, Balsamic Teriyaki Salmon, and indulgent desserts such as Asian Pear Sticky Toffee Pudding and Yuzu Lemon Drop.

Tattu will be housed inside Ciel Dubai, the world’s tallest hotel, set to open in Dubai Marina in 2025. Part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts Vignette Collection, the towering property will feature 1,000 rooms, including 150 suites, as well as Dubai’s highest infinity pool. Guests can also look forward to multiple dining venues, a luxury spa, and a 300-metre-tall atrium with naturally ventilated terraces, creating an architectural marvel in the heart of the city.
