A groundbreaking wellness-focused island is set to launch in the UAE, with residences expected to be ready by 2027. Known as SHA Island, it will be located on Al Jurf Island between Dubai and Abu Dhabi and developed by IMKAN Properties. The project is designed to prioritise longevity, health, and sustainable living.
SHA Residences Emirates Island will feature 51 sustainable apartments, 19 garden villas, and 67 beach and shoreline villas. The shoreline villas will include private jetties and multiple bedrooms, while the garden villas will be surrounded by greenery and equipped with private pools. Each home will integrate advanced technology such as air purification systems and specialised lighting to support healthier living.
Beyond the residences, the island will offer health and wellness treatments led by leading doctors and practitioners, alongside organic dining at the Healthy Nutrition Pavilion. The development combines architecture, nature, and lifestyle in one destination, providing seamless access to both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Positioned as a first-of-its-kind project, it aims to create a community where wellbeing and longevity take centre stage.
