Palm Jebel Ali is rapidly taking shape as one of Dubai’s most ambitious developments, set to be twice the size of Palm Jumeirah. The man-made island will feature 110 km of coastline and accommodate 80 hotels and resorts, introducing new luxury dining, entertainment, and residential spaces. With construction well underway, the first phase of villas is expected to welcome residents by 2027.

Recent drone footage reveals significant progress on the island’s infrastructure, showcasing the scale of development. Over 10 million tonnes of rock and 200 million square meters of sand and limestone have been used to create the seven interconnected islands. The first phase of villa sales in 2023 sold out quickly, with ultra-luxury homes designed by six renowned architectural firms, each offering a unique aesthetic.

In preparation for its opening, Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, is fostering a sense of community among future residents. Exclusive brunch events are being hosted, allowing homeowners to connect before moving in. The gatherings, such as the one held at Summersalt Beach Club, reflect the island’s energy and coastal lifestyle, offering curated menus inspired by Palm Jebel Ali’s vision.
