Nobu is set to launch its third Dubai location at One Za’abeel, further expanding its presence in the city’s dynamic culinary scene. Scheduled to open in 2025, Nobu One Za’abeel will be situated on the 24th floor of The Link, the world’s longest cantilever, offering a striking dining destination suspended between two towers. With its refined ambiance, panoramic skyline views, and renowned Japanese-Peruvian flavors, the restaurant is poised to become a standout addition to Dubai’s ever-evolving gastronomy.

Staying true to Nobu’s signature aesthetic, the new venue will blend Japanese minimalism with a sleek, futuristic design. The space will feature an upscale dining room, private dining areas, and a stylish lounge and bar with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the cityscape. Guests can expect Nobu’s celebrated dishes, including black cod miso, rock shrimp tempura, and premium wagyu beef, alongside an omakase experience that showcases the brand’s commitment to culinary excellence. In addition to its world-class cuisine, Nobu One Za’abeel will introduce a live entertainment program, seamlessly integrating performances into the dining experience.

The restaurant will join a prestigious lineup of venues at The Link, including La Dame de Pic by Anne-Sophie Pic, Sagetsu by Tetsuya Wakuda, and StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz. As The Link continues to evolve, Nobu’s arrival adds another dimension to its reputation as a premier dining destination. While further details and the official opening date are yet to be announced, Nobu One Za’abeel is set to bring a new level of luxury and innovation to Dubai’s thriving food and nightlife scene.
