Unveiled in December 2023, Ninive Bab Al Shams draws inspiration from the region’s cultural tapestry, offering a unique dining experience.
Situated 45 minutes from the city, Ninive Bab Al Shams provides a serene oasis, displaying the magic of the 1001 Arabian Nights. It promises an elegant and unforgettable dining escapade that captures the essence of the Middle East within a dynamic yet relaxed atmosphere under the stars.
In the culinary space, Ninive Bab Al Shams offers a fusion of Middle Eastern and North African dishes infused with influences from Iran, Iraq, Turkey, and Morocco. The A La Carte menu, featuring gastronomic delights on custom-crafted crockery, showcases starters like Chicken Pastilla and Tamarind Chicken, mains such as Sea Bass Fillet and Lamb Chops, and delightful desserts like Turkish Baklava.
Complementing the diverse menu is a selection of beverages and shisha. The cocktail menu inspired by Middle Eastern flavours blends savoury and sweet aromas.
