We dig into the new culinary offerings and hot spots soon to be available at the highly celebrated Atlantis The Royal Hotel.
1. Nobu By The Beach

International Japanese fine dining favourite Nobu will open a world-first beach club and dining concept. Nobu by the Beach will entertain guests with Baleric beats and a menu of Peruvian-Japanese cuisine to be enjoyed shoreside.
2. Ariana’s Persian Kitchen

Persian TV chef and author of Pomegranates and Roses: My Persian Family Recipes, Ariana Bundy, brings the flavours of Iran to the Palm. Expect an elegant setting with interior design that speaks of Persian culture and a menu that pioneers a contemporary twist on classic Persian favourites from yoguart ice cream to sambusak and the orange saffron drink.
3. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal

Celebrated British chef Heston Blumenthal brings his experimental approach to will gastronomy to the Palm. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal will serve up a menu inspired by historic British cuisine and will be the celebrity chef’s first restaurant in the city.
4. Estiatorio Milos

Expect striking views of the Atlantis The Royal’s water fountains and a menu that spans Greek favourites with a focus on seafood by chef Costas Spiliadis. There’s a raw bar and an option for alfresco dining on the terrace.
5. Jaleo Dubai by Chef José Andrés

At Jaleo Dubai, Michelin-star chef Jose Andres will serve up Spanish cuisine with a luxurious twist. Dishes draw influence from the chef’s childhood favourites and span tapas, and paellas as well as the cheese and wines of the region.
6. La Mar by Gastón Acurio

La Mar by Gastón Acurio is an experimental Latin American restaurant. Expect Peruvian seafood characterises a menu that spans experimental and classic dishes from grilled meats to ceviche. At La Mar fish is sustainably sourced.
7. Ling Ling Dubai

A concept by Hakkasan in Atlantis The Royal Ling Ling is perched up on the 23rd floor of the hotel. The restaurant, bar, and nightclub combo offers 180-degree views spanning the surrounding seas and Palm Jumeirah.
8. Cloud 22

Cloud 22 is the resort’s pool club up in the clouds. Situated on the 22nd floor the setting offers impressive sea views, an infinity pool and an energetic atmosphere with a DJ.
9. Little Venice Cake Company by Mich Turner

British favourite The Little Venice Cake Company by Mich Turner is already the bakery of royalty (and the Beckhams!) having made cakes for Buckingham Palace in the past! This couture cake company will serve up elegant sweet treats to Atlantis The Royal’s visitors.
10. Gastronomy

One of the largest buffet offerings, Gastronomy lives up to its name. The venue can sit almost 1000 guests both indoors and outdoors and serves breakfast and dinner. Dine from 15 live cooking stations, the venue’s in-house steak house, pizzeria, and oyster bar or sip a beverage in the coffee brewery or cognac room. Sweeping terraces take in 180-degree views of the Palm and sea.
