Café Isan Thai, a home-grown restaurant that first launched in January 2016, is now making its debut in Downtown Dubai at Souk Al Bahar, after successful locations in Armada Avenue Hotel and Circle Mall. Founded by self-taught Chef New, who grew up on a family farm in the Isan region of Thailand, the restaurant reflects her deep understanding of ingredients and commitment to zero-waste methods. Chef New, along with partner Lisa Knight, established Café Isan to bring authentic flavors from the Isan region to Dubai, and now the restaurant is proudly part of Time Out Market Dubai.
