Dubai is set to welcome Corinthia Dubai, a new 5-star hotel that will redefine the city’s skyline. Standing at over 500 meters, the hotel will be housed within a two-tower structure along Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Museum of the Future. Designed with a contemporary architectural style, the towers will be connected by a cantilevered sky lobby at 200 meters high, surpassing The Link at One Za’abeel.

One of the hotel’s standout features will be the world’s highest outdoor sky pool, offering panoramic 360-degree views from over 500 meters in the air. Spanning 330,000 square meters, the property will provide stunning vistas of Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Jumeirah Beach. Canadian firm AtkinsRéalis, known for its work on the Dubai Metro and Dubai Opera, has been appointed as the project’s lead architect and engineering consultant.

Slated for completion by 2030, Corinthia Dubai is being developed in partnership with Corinthia Group, Dubai General Properties, and project management consultants QP. The hotel will feature a state-of-the-art spa, rooftop pools, private pools, and five new restaurants, alongside event spaces and lush green areas. Corinthia CEO Simon Casson described the project as an aspirational luxury destination, promising an elevated hospitality experience that reflects Dubai’s ambitious vision.
