Dubai is set to welcome a taste of Monte Carlo with the arrival of Monte-Carlo Club 1863, a new fine-dining concept inspired by the city-state’s rich culinary heritage. Opening in autumn 2025, the restaurant will bring a blend of elegance and sophistication to Dubai’s vibrant dining scene. While the exact location has yet to be revealed, it is expected to reflect the glamour and prestige associated with Monaco.

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the group behind the expansion, has been shaping luxury hospitality for over 160 years. Its portfolio includes iconic properties such as Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo and Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, along with acclaimed restaurants like COYA Monte-Carlo and Em Sherif Monte-Carlo—both of which have successful outposts in Dubai. The opening of Monte-Carlo Club 1863 marks the company’s first standalone restaurant in the region, further expanding its global footprint.

The restaurant’s name pays homage to 1863, the year Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer was founded, as well as the establishment of Monte Carlo itself. Beyond Dubai, the company continues to grow, with upcoming projects including Monte-Carlo One Courchevel, a luxury hotel in the French Alps set to open in 2026. Expanding beyond hospitality, the group is also venturing into exclusive gaming and cruising experiences, cementing its legacy as a leader in luxury entertainment and fine dining worldwide.
