MGM Resorts International and Wasl Hospitality are bringing two iconic names to Dubai’s coastline with the launch of a new beachfront resort. Spanning 26 acres, the development will feature the first-ever Bellagio Hotel in the Middle East, along with an MGM Hotel and MGM Residences. The project is currently under construction and set to open by late 2027.
This marks the Dubai debut for both brands, introducing a fresh blend of luxury hospitality and residential living. Bellagio will showcase its signature style in a contemporary setting, while MGM will offer its own take on resort life. Together, they will create a modern, multi-faceted destination on the city’s evolving waterfront.
Announced in 2017 and now in full swing, the resort is expected to become a new highlight for travelers and residents alike. The addition of MGM Residences brings long-stay options with resort amenities and uninterrupted sea views. It’s a major step in Dubai’s ongoing transformation into a global lifestyle destination.
