Meydan One Mall is set to emerge as a major retail and lifestyle destination, adding new momentum to Dubai’s evolving shopping scene. Originally scheduled to open in 2020, the project experienced delays due to the global pandemic, with a revised timeline yet to be confirmed. Despite this, anticipation continues to build around the development.
Designed as part of the wider Meydan community, the mall is envisioned as a large-scale leisure hub combining retail, dining, and entertainment. Among its headline features is an 8.2-kilometre Crystal Lagoon offering water sports alongside a pristine 500-metre beach. These outdoor elements position the mall as more than a traditional shopping destination.
Indoors, the project is set to include a one-kilometre-long ski slope, expected to rival Ski Dubai in scale and experience. The mix of family-friendly attractions, leisure spaces, and dining concepts is planned to support all-day visits. Once opened, Meydan One Mall is expected to become a regular go-to spot for both residents and visitors.
