Dubai will soon welcome MamaBella, a new Italian restaurant opening at the end of September inside Kempinski The Boulevard Hotel. The concept brings Italian grandmothers into the kitchen, offering diners a chance to experience authentic family recipes in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Rustic interiors inspired by southern Italian villages set the scene for a warm and inviting dining experience.

At the core of MamaBella is the “Cucina Mamma” experience, where each month a different grandmother from Italy will showcase her traditional dishes. Guests can expect handmade pasta, slow-cooked lasagna, Sardinian culurgiones, sweet seadas with honey, and platters of grilled meats. The menu celebrates simplicity, heritage, and quality ingredients.

The project comes from Gastronaut Hospitality, known for BohoX, Trove, and the upcoming WOOHOO. A highlight of the restaurant is the Mamma Studio, a 12-seat communal table where guests can watch and interact with the visiting nonna. MamaBella officially opens at the end of September, with the first grandmother chef to be revealed soon.
