Kimpton Hotels, part of the IHG portfolio, is set to make its UAE debut with the launch of Kimpton Dubai in early 2026. The new property will be located in Business Bay, taking over the former Crowne Plaza site just minutes from Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall. This move adds to a wave of high-profile openings as Dubai reinforces its position as a global hospitality destination.
The hotel’s design is inspired by its canal-side location, featuring curved architectural lines and reflective finishes that echo the movement of water. Inside, Kimpton Dubai will showcase the brand’s signature blend of personality and comfort, offering 280 rooms and suites tailored for both leisure and business travelers. Guests can also look forward to three dining venues, retail spaces, a spa, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool with skyline views.
In addition to its lifestyle offerings, the hotel will include seven meeting rooms and convenient access to Dubai’s commercial hubs, making it a strong contender for business stays. With ample parking and a prime location, Kimpton Dubai is positioned to attract a diverse mix of visitors. This opening marks the brand’s first entry into the UAE and complements its regional expansion, including the upcoming Kimpton KAFD in Riyadh.
