The UAE’s hospitality landscape continues to flourish, and Ras Al Khaimah is set to welcome a new addition with the launch of Janu Al Marjan Island by AMAN Group. Situated on Al Marjan Island, the project introduces the brand’s contemporary and soulful take on coastal living to one of the country’s most scenic destinations. It will be the second Janu property in the UAE, following Janu Dubai, expected to open in 2027.
Designed by SCDA Architects in Singapore, the resort is envisioned as a vibrant waterfront destination where lifestyle and community intertwine. The architecture combines modern lines with open, social spaces that flow naturally towards the sea. Every element reflects Janu’s signature balance of elegance, energy, and connection.
Janu Al Marjan Island will offer 132 rooms and suites, each designed to capture sweeping sea views and natural light through minimalist interiors. Alongside the hotel, a residential tower will feature exclusive Janu Residences, including one- to five-bedroom units and a limited number of private villas, all granting full access to resort amenities. Guests and residents can expect curated dining concepts, a Mixology Bar, and a nightlife venue, alongside a Janu Wellness Centre with a yoga studio, gym, hammam, and banya. A Kids’ Club, Beach Club, and private beach will complete the coastal retreat. The official opening date is yet to be announced, but the property is poised to become one of the most anticipated luxury destinations in the northern emirates.
