All the rooms are designed by the acclaimed Denniston Architects and have panoramic windows from the so guests can enjoy the amazing views of the beautiful Dubai skyline.
In addition to the beautiful resort, there will be 94 private apartments. These apartments will have one, two, and three bedrooms and mark a new addition to One&Only’s collection in Dubai.
When it comes to dining services and offers, One&Only One Za’abeel, world’s first ever ultra-luxury vertical urban resort, has 11 unique dining concepts, including a vibrant Middle Eastern food hall and showstopping restaurants from six Michelin-rated chefs.
The urban resort features the UAE’s longest infinity pool on The Link rooftop, giving guests a unique pool club experience 27 stories high above the city. Positioned dramatically between the two towers of One Za’abeel, The Link is like a futuristic walkway floating 100 metres above the city.
Finally, the urban resort resort will welcome the first Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie in the UAE in March 2024. Spread across three floors, it will focus on three key areas: promoting a longer and healthier life, enhancing overall well-being, and focusing on aesthetics. The hub will include 29 rooms for treatments related to well-being and clinical therapies, a modern gym in the Movement Studio, a Longevity Bar, and more.
