Dubai’s new Central Park has opened at the heart of Wasl Gate in Jebel Ali, offering an expansive outdoor destination for residents and visitors. Covering 82,700 square metres, the park is designed to encourage community living, recreation, and family-friendly activities. It is also within walking distance of Energy Metro Station, Festival Plaza, and IKEA.

The park features jogging and cycling tracks, sports courts, a skate park, picnic areas, an amphitheatre lawn, and a dedicated food truck zone. Designed for all age groups, the space supports outdoor fitness, leisure, and social gatherings throughout the year. Although located within a residential community, it is open to the public.

Central Park has been developed using environmentally conscious and sustainable materials to create a greener urban environment. The project also supports Dubai’s Social Agenda 33 by promoting family wellbeing and stronger community connections. Its opening coincides with the UAE’s Year of the Family, reinforcing the focus on inclusive public spaces.
