Known for its bold take on Nikkei cuisine, the restaurant will bring a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors to The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC. With an early 2025 opening planned, it is poised to become a standout destination in Dubai’s dynamic culinary scene.

The menu at Chotto Matte is celebrated for its diverse and vibrant flavors, offering a mix of sushi, raw plates, and robata-grilled dishes. Dessert lovers can look forward to indulgent options like Matcha Crepe Cake and Mochi Ice Cream, rounding out the experience with a sweet finish.

Beyond the cuisine, Chotto Matte is known for its immersive dining atmosphere, featuring live DJ performances, dramatic robata grilling, and striking art installations. The concept was founded in 2013 by restaurateur Kurt Zdesar, who previously worked with brands like Hakkasan and Nobu.
