Alta Real Estate Development, under the leadership of Chief Executive Abdulla Al Tayer and Giuseppe Noto, is advancing with Mr. C Residences Downtown Dubai. The 71-story tower is being developed in collaboration with Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, combining global expertise with a strong local vision.
The tower, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by 1508 London, will house 162 residences. Among them is the exclusive Nobile Collection, featuring 22 half-floor, four-bedroom homes. Each residence is being crafted with high-end finishes such as Calacatta marble, Gaggenau appliances, and Barovier & Toso glass, alongside views of the Burj Khalifa.
Residents will have access to an array of lifestyle amenities, including a private cinema, rooftop spa, swimming pools, a fitness center, and the Bellini Bar. With construction progressing, the development is expected to be completed in 2026.
