Scott’s, the iconic British seafood restaurant, is set to open its doors in Dubai’s DIFC. Known for its rich culinary heritage, the London-based institution has been a staple in Mayfair and Richmond, serving exceptional seafood for decades. While the official opening date has yet to be confirmed, anticipation is building for the arrival of this renowned dining destination.

Caprice Holdings, the hospitality group behind Scott’s, is expanding its global footprint by bringing the restaurant to Dubai. The group has already introduced Sexy Fish to the city and operates a portfolio of acclaimed London restaurants, including 34 Mayfair, Balthazar, and J. Sheekey. Scott’s Dubai will join DIFC’s fine dining scene, alongside renowned venues like Babylon and Zuma, offering a sophisticated experience in one of the city’s most prestigious districts.

Scott’s has a long-standing reputation, dating back to 1851 when John Scott founded it as an oyster warehouse before evolving into a full-fledged seafood restaurant. Relocating to Mount Street in Mayfair in 1967, it became famous for its refined British fish and shellfish dishes, attracting an elite clientele. Following the success of Scott’s Riyadh in 2023, the Dubai outpost is expected to showcase a menu featuring oysters, caviar, shellfish, and expertly prepared seafood dishes, bringing its signature elegance and tradition to the city’s vibrant dining landscape.
