Maison Dali is set to open in March 2025 at The Opus by Omniyat, adding a new dimension to Dubai’s dynamic dining scene. The restaurant will fuse Japanese ingredients and techniques with Mediterranean flavors, creating a distinctive culinary experience. As a homegrown concept, it aims to offer an artistic and immersive take on contemporary bistro dining.
Inspired by the surrealist works of Salvador Dali, the restaurant’s name reflects a fusion of creativity and gastronomy. Maison, meaning home in French, sets the tone for an inviting yet intriguing space that blends European influences with Japanese precision. Teaser images hint at an avant-garde setting, featuring a keyhole motif and surrealist elements that embody the brand’s artistic vision.
The interiors of Maison Dali are designed to be bold and immersive, featuring deep red walls, plush seating, and striking Dali-inspired artwork. The space is intended to transport guests into a world of artistry and fine dining, where culinary craftsmanship meets theatrical design. As part of the Culinary Arts Group, Maison Dali joins an exciting lineup of restaurants in The Opus, including Revolver, an innovative South Asian concept led by Tristin Farmer. Farmer, who has worked at acclaimed venues like Marina Social in Dubai and the three-MICHELIN-starred Zen in Singapore, brings his expertise to the city once again, promising a dining experience that balances creativity, hospitality, and fun.
Location: The Opus by Omniyat, Business Bay
