Singapore’s legendary Culinary Arts Group is making its highly anticipated debut in Dubai, bringing an innovative blend of creativity and sophistication to the city’s dining scene. Known for its Michelin-starred restaurants, including Hamamoto and Araya, the group is now expanding to Dubai with two exciting new concepts: Revolver and Maison Dali. These new additions to the Dubai culinary landscape promise to redefine the city’s dining experience, combining bold flavors, unique techniques, and exceptional hospitality.
Maison Dali, a home-grown concept led by the globally acclaimed Tristin Farmer, offers a captivating fusion of European-inspired dishes and Japanese techniques. This contemporary bistro blurs the lines between gastronomy and art, with a menu designed to intrigue and surprise. The refined, enigmatic interiors create an immersive setting for diners, where creativity meets sophistication, offering a truly unique and unforgettable culinary journey.
Revolver, the second concept from the Culinary Arts Group, is set to ignite Dubai’s culinary scene with its theatrical open-fire kitchen and bold, explosive flavors. Drawing inspiration from South Asian techniques, Revolver uses world-class ingredients to deliver a menu full of fun and flair, including flame-kissed dishes cooked on a custom-built open-fire grill and tandoor. Led by Chef Partner Jitin Joshi, Revolver promises a dynamic culinary journey that combines innovative techniques with vibrant flavors, making it a standout in Dubai’s ever-evolving gastronomic landscape. Both restaurants will occupy a stunning space in The Opus by Zaha Hadid, offering guests an extraordinary dining experience in one of Dubai’s most iconic architectural landmarks.
Location: The Opus, Business Bay
