Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, one of the UAE’s most anticipated hotel openings, will complete the oceanic-inspired trilogy on the Jumeirah beachfront, alongside the iconic Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab. Initially slated for a 2024 opening, the ultra-luxury resort has now been delayed to 2025. Inspired by the design of a super yacht, the resort promises a stunning blend of modern luxury, featuring 386 rooms and suites, 83 hotel apartments, and four penthouses, all with views of the Gulf or the yacht-filled marina.

The resort will offer an array of world-class amenities, including a three-storey, 3,500-square-metre spa for ultimate relaxation. Guests can unwind in various pools, including a circular pool, family infinity pool, and a private VIP adult pool. With 10 restaurants and bars, including the luxury steakhouse The Cullinan and the fusion restaurant KIRA, the resort is set to become a food lover’s paradise, offering gourmet experiences in elegant, nautical-inspired settings.

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will also feature a 82-berth marina, scenic boardwalk, and ocean-facing marina villas, making it a premier destination for both relaxation and luxury. Designed by Dubai Holding, the resort will offer serene private gardens and stretches of golden sand with private cabanas and pavilions. This new addition to Dubai’s coastline is set to redefine luxury with its combination of top-tier amenities and exquisite design.
