3. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

10. Gastronomy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the largest buffet offerings, Gastronomy lives up to its name. The venue can sit almost 1000 guests both indoors and outdoors and serves breakfast and dinner. Dine from 15 live cooking stations, the venue\u2019s in-house steak house, pizzeria, and oyster bar or sip a beverage in the coffee brewery or cognac room. Sweeping terraces take in 180-degree views of the Palm and sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
