Spanning 4 million square feet, the project will increase visitor capacity by 170 percent while introducing upgraded facilities and public spaces. The redevelopment is designed to enhance the beach experience for both residents and visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project will feature the world\u2019s first 24-hour women-only beach, designed with privacy and safety as a priority. New additions include beachfront dining outlets, children\u2019s play areas, fitness zones, beach lounges, and a 2,000-square-metre skate park. Visitors will also benefit from 1,000 metres of interconnected walking, jogging, and cycling tracks linking Al Mamzar Creek Beach with Al Mamzar Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The upgraded destination will include modern amenities such as changing rooms, showers, accessible facilities, and smart services powered by AI-supported surveillance technology. A floating pedestrian bridge is also planned as part of the wider development, improving connectivity across the area.
