A geometric fountain anchors the space, referencing the Deira Memorial Fountain\u2019s place in Dubai\u2019s skate history while echoing the calm layout of traditional Syrian courtyards tied to the founders\u2019 roots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The skatepark, developed in collaboration with habibiskateshop, places the local skate community at the heart of the venue. Surrounding it are coffee counters, retail displays, and flexible work areas that keep the space active throughout the day. A quieter mezzanine level offers room to focus or unwind, balancing energy with pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Food plays a key role in extending the street-culture narrative. Ollie\u2019s Pizza adds to the informal, social atmosphere commonly found around skate scenes worldwide.
