At the centre of this mega-project will be the Dubai Square Mall, scheduled to open in three years. Spanning an unprecedented scale, it is positioned to become one of Dubai\u2019s most significant new retail destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mall under construction is projected to be three times the size of Downtown Dubai and will involve an investment of AED 180 billion. According to Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar, the development will feature facilities tailored for electric vehicles, supporting Dubai\u2019s shift toward sustainability and smart mobility. The mall is also being designed as a drive-through destination, enhanced by Artificial Intelligence for seamless and convenient shopping experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dubai Square Mall aims to offer an immersive environment with skylights, LED installations, glazed roofing, and extensive glass fa\u00e7ades. Its design will be complemented by lush landscaping, creating a visually appealing and inviting setting for visitors.
