Designed to withstand Dubai\u2019s extreme climate, the ballpark features a dual-fiber synthetic playing surface and an advanced LED lighting system producing over 15 million lumens for optimal visibility. Its modular seating allows flexibility for various events, while dimensions are modeled after New York\u2019s Yankee Stadium. Blending tradition and modern technology, the venue includes a classic manual scoreboard alongside a high-tech LED content wall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Baseball United Chairman and CEO Kash Shaikh emphasized the stadium’s role in growing the sport in the Middle East and South Asia. The venue will debut with the Arab Classic, featuring teams from the UAE, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, and Nepal.
