Marsa Al Arab

As Dubai continues to elevate its reputation as a global hub for luxury hospitality, the upcoming Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab stands poised to redefine the city’s hotel landscape. Scheduled to open in the fall of 2024, this new addition to the Jumeirah portfolio promises an unparalleled blend of elegance, innovation, and comfort, completing the iconic trio with the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the Burj Al Arab.

A Design Inspired by the Sea

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab draws its design inspiration from the sleek lines and contemporary sophistication of an avant-garde super yacht. This nautical theme flows through every aspect of the resort, from its striking exterior to the interior spaces that offer a seamless blend of luxury and modernity. The resort’s architecture is not merely a tribute to the sea but also a testament to Dubai’s forward-thinking approach to design and luxury.

Accommodation Beyond Expectations

The resort will house 386 rooms and suites, along with 83 luxury hotel apartment suites and four penthouses. Each accommodation has been meticulously crafted to offer not only a place to stay but a sanctuary of relaxation. Guests will be treated to expansive views of the Gulf, with many rooms featuring private balconies or terraces that enhance the connection to the surrounding seascape.

An Oasis of Tranquility

The grounds of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab have been designed to be a retreat within the bustling city. Guests can unwind in serene private gardens or on the resort’s private beach, where cabanas and pavilions offer a secluded escape. A highlight of the resort will be its three-story, 3,500 square meter spa, dedicated to wellness and rejuvenation. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the family infinity pool, or indulging in the exclusive VIP adult pool, guests will find ample opportunities to relax.

Culinary Highlights at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is set to be a culinary hotspot with a collection of 10 unique dining venues. Among the most anticipated openings are Meat the Fish and Cutfish Dubai.

Meat the Fish

Opening in the fall of 2024, Meat the Fish is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant originally from Beirut. Known for its premium meats, fresh fish, and seasonal vegetables, this restaurant promises to bring a vibrant dining experience to Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.

Cutfish Dubai

Already popular in London and Moscow, Cutfish offers contemporary Japanese cuisine with a focus on sushi, Josper grill dishes, and other shareable plates. Located beneath Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, it will provide diners with a modern setting and stunning views of Marsa Port.

These venues, along with others in the resort, are poised to make Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab a premier destination for food lovers in Dubai.

A Broader Vision of Luxury

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is more than just a hotel; it’s part of a larger development by Dubai Holding that will include an 82-berth luxury marina and a scenic boardwalk, creating a new destination within Dubai. The development will also feature nine exclusive ocean-facing bedroom marina villas, offering a private slice of paradise for those seeking the ultimate in luxury living with parking for a yacht in front of their house!
