17 New Hotels Set to Open in Dubai

Mama Shelter Dubai

Opening in 2024 in Business Bay, Mama Shelter Dubai aims to attract millennials and Gen Z with its informal, vibrant atmosphere. The hotel will have 201 rooms, 80 residences, a rooftop bar, and various recreational facilities, catering to a youthful crowd.

Mandarin Oriental Al Wasl

This 302-meter twisting tower on Sheikh Zayed Road will feature 258 hotel rooms and 229 residential units. The Mandarin Oriental Al Wasl will include a rooftop sky bar, poolside restaurant, and the renowned Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop, offering a blend of luxury and comfort.

Six Senses The Palm, Dubai

Debuting in 2024 on Palm Jumeirah, Six Senses The Palm will offer 61 keys and 162 branded residences. The hotel will focus on wellness with a dedicated club, multiple dining options, swimming pools, and a kids’ club, providing a comprehensive resort experience.

Gran Melia Dubai

Set to open in 2025 at La Mer, Gran Melia Dubai will offer 260 keys. The hotel will feature luxurious amenities, including private beaches and glass-walled swimming pools, ensuring a serene and upscale stay for guests. Located at Zuma Beach, it promises an unparalleled beachfront experience.

Rixos Dubai Islands
